Robb
Robb grew up in Lake Lotawana and attended Lee's Summit North High School. He is in the midst of completing a communications degree with a minor in spanish at the university of missouri. Robb LOVES music. He is a very versatile DJ that can play anything from a wedding, graduation party or a kareoke bar, to live mixing at dance clubs.
How long have you been with B#Sharp Entertainment: this is my first year with B# I have been on my own for 2 years.
Favorite Part about being a DJ: I love controlling the party and being in charge of making sure people have an awesome time!
Favorite type of party: I love working dance parties that really give me chance to break out my live mixing skills. I also love anything that involves a lot of audience interaction such as kareoke or trivia.
What type of music do you personally listen to the most on your own time? I love many types of music. I get into a lot of hip hop such as Kanye, Kid Cudi or Wale and i also love alternative music like Kings of Leon, Citizen cope and Passion Pit, but my all time favorite band is a mash up group that inspired me to get into Dj'ing called The Hood Internet.
What makes a good DJ? Party stamina, the ability to read an audience and the ability to adapt to that particular audience.
If you were throwing a very important party, which B Sharp DJ would you pick to work for you and why? I havent had the pleasure of working with many other Dj's yet, so I would absolutely have to pick Shelly. She has taught me SO much in the time I've known her and I would trust her in any situation with any party. She is so good with rolling with the punches and fixing unexpected problems, I know she could make any party awesome! |
