Oven Fried Orange Roughy - Orange Roughy marinated in buttermilk, coated in bread crumb/parmesan cheese and herbs, baked till golden brown; served with Baked Potato or Hot Rice and Creamy Coleslaw

Baked Catfish - Catfish coated in herbs and lemon pepper and cornmeal and baked, garnished with lemon slices and parsley sprigs; served with Twice Baked Potatoes or Sauteed Squash and Salad

Salmon Fillets w/butter wine caper sauce - Wild Alaskan Salmon Fillets seasoned with Old Bay Fish seasoning and seared; butter, wine and capers added to pan and reduced to a rich wine butter sauce; served with Hot Rice or Potato and Green Salad

SHRIMP DINNERS

Oven Fried Coconut Shrimp - Large shrimp coated in bread crumbs, coconut, garlic, cumin and black pepper and baked and served with a Orange Sauce; served with Sweet Potatoes and Green Salad

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp - Large deveined shrimp wrapped in bacon slices and baked; served with Hot Rice and Green Salad

Salmon Cakes w/Roasted Red Peppers - Skinless, boneless Red Salmon shaped into Patties and fried in Olive Oil and Butter; Red Peppers are sauteed in the oil/butter and served on top of the Salmon Cakes; served with Baked Potato and Salad or Green Veggie

Crab Cakes - Classic Crab Cakes served with rich Tartar Sauce; served with Baked Potato and Creamy Coleslaw
