 Summer Baseball 2018 is Coming.....



Registration Paperwork has mailed out to returning players just after the first of the year.  New players can call or email to get on our mailing list or get registration forms by email.

We will once again be playing our schedule primarily at the Barnhouse Field at
the Bill Virdon Sports Complex with some games and practices at the Optimist Fields.

Teams play 18 to 20 games running from mid-May until the end of July.

New teams are drafted in each league around mid-April and then teams practice for about 4 to 5 weeks until the season starts.

19 and under Seniors (players must not turn 20 before 5/1/18)

15 and under Majors (players must not turn 16 before 5/1/18)


***some players have the option to play in both leagues for a total of 36 to 40 games.

No Try-outs, Registration on first come/first serve basis

Wood Bats Only, Retro Uniforms

In 2018 our Majors division will travel back to the 1930's and feature the following teams:
St. Louis Browns (Wilkerson/Brayfield/Keeter), St. Louis Cardinals (Manley/Wade),
Brooklyn Robins (Smith), New York Giants (Haynes/Cooper),
Boston Red Sox (Buxton), Washington Senators (Walker)

The Seniors will feature teams from the 1950's including: 
Milwaukee Braves (Tarbutton/Looney), Cincinnati Reds (Ginocchio/Sillavan),
Kansas City Athletics (Twigg/Frey), Baltimore Orioles (Shelton),
Cleveland Indians (Eisenhour/Demster)Pittsburgh Pirates (Smith/Jaquess)


Coaches' names are attached above to teams in each league now.

We will have our annual Opening ceremonies on May 20th with visiting MLB players and other surprises.

Mid-season we will have our annual hitting contest, Power Derby, in its new expanded weekend format with the coaches game, and players vs. coaches game.
