Chief Nursing Officer
Charlene Jones R.N.

The nursing staff at Peterson believes that their primary responsibility is to provide the highest quality of living and care by maintaining respect and dignity while encouraging individuality of each of our patients and residents.  We strive to personalize care in order to enhance the quality of life from the patients/residents perspective.

The science of nursing focuses on the whole person.  Nursing extends beyond those boundaries at Peterson.  We believe that through public education and discharge planning one's health can be maximized to its fullest extent.

Through constant evaluation and improvement of the standards of nursing practice, we here at Peterson can safely and effectively offer excellent quality care programs to our patients/residents.  We take great pride in our individualized care plan programs.  Families are encouraged to participate in care plan meetings and their input proves to be a valuable asset when caring for the patient.

Our nursing staff is encouraged to participate in continuing education programs offered through our facility as well as seminars, educational forums, and in-services offered through other organizations.  We believe that in order to provide patients/residents with the most"up to date" care, we must continuously broaden our scope of knowledge.
